RCS Partial Service/ SYNC Timing Synchronization failure issue

Hi,

I was hoping someone can help with the above issues.

Over the last month or so I've had issues with my broadband dropping from 30 seconds to a few minutes usually then it comes back. A couple of times it hasn't and I've restarted the Hub 3.0. I've also reset it several times but with no improvement. I've checked all the cables and all seems good so I'm at a loss now what to do now. I work from home online so this is incredibly annoying and inconvenient.

Far too many SYNC errors and PostRS errors.  That would suggest noise on the circuit.  You will need an engineer to fix this.

I have located your account from your forum information and can see that you have since been in touch with us and a technician was booked; I do hope things have improved since the visit?

Hi Katie,

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, the engineer came yesterday and did a slight adjustment to the power levels, all seems good now 🙂. All sorted quickly and efficiently so thanks to VM.

I disconnected everything from my WiFi by changing my username and password and rebooted the hub. When the broadband goes off it affects everything including my desktop which is connected via ethernet. I moved my Router to a more open location.....still the same so I've no options left of what to do now?
