I tried to pay my bill via QuickPay yesterday but the session timed-out after card authentication. Confirmation of payment hasn't gone through after checking bank account.
I tried multiple times later and earlier today checking everything is correct, but still says session timed out during card authentication, so I'm left unable to pay my virgin media bill. Any help?
Phone in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.
