Any help on trying to stop my ps4 lagging and phones buffering ... its been fine uptill now and its a constant struggle to do anything .. ive tried calling vm but there all shut due to covid ... ive done all the restarts and resets but nothings worked .. any help or ideas would be great
Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..

Everythings wireless.... its been fine for months and over the last few weeks its been gradually getting worse, we have to put our phone on data as videos are buffering and I'm regularly loosing connection to the ps4 or lagging .. ive checked signal strength through the app and its saying all good but its not lol

Very sorry you're having some issues recently, this isn't good.
I'd also like to apologise for the delay in replying, we've been a bit busier than usual.
So just to confirm this is happening over a WiFi connection? None of the devices you have like the PS4 you're able to test on a wired connection? If you can this just means we can test the connection into the property.
Can you confirm you're using the hub 3? If so can you do a pin hole reset so long as you have the original password sticker still on the bottom of the hub?
