Promises 1 g of wifi if I didn’t cancel my contract been a customer for 18 yrs service has been very poor after 5 calls over 5 days still no pods orderd when the cancellation team advised me if still no wifi upstairs I would be able to call back next day and they would be orderd !
last phone call last night and told I am not entitled to pods then I was cut off the phone
please somone from complaints call me

You call 0800 064 3850 to order the first one after scanning for blackspots using the connect App.- or just wait here for a VM person to respond in a day or two and they will sort the first one for you. If you do call dont get fobbed off by the offshore CS agents' saying you aren’t eligible - you are - it is clearly stated on the webpage.

Who promised 1Gbps over WiFi?
VM certainly do not. They guarantee 30Mbps, even with WiFi Pods:
