Problem Wifi - Logs uploaded - Help

Hello

I have been having multiple disconnections lately with Virgin media. I called support and said they would monitor and call back which they never did. I am now coming onto this forum and pasting my logs. Could you please give me a call and help before I decide to switch ISP.

Also please post a full set of stats. Customer services telling you they will monitor and phone you back is just a way of ending the call and getting rid of you!

What other stats do you need? Where can i find them please on the router page?

I have setup a BQM as well.

How to get stats from a VM hub (no need to logon to the hub)

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

  • Click on the “> Check router status” button
  • Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply, do not take a screen shot
  • Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
  • Click on the “Networking” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply.

The error count is very high.  When was the hub last rebooted?

if it’s a long time ago turn power off/on to reset the counter and post the updated stats.

Also SNR is poor and upstream power is maxed out - suggest you need a VM technician visit 

call and be assertive or wait for a forum rep to arrange
