Hi, two weeks later my problem is still pending. I have contacted @  a week ago and asked for an update.

Nothing has been done! Yes, it proves my earlier point - bad service and a bad taste in the mouth. It seems someone (very big) is already going down the slope...I have already started looking at alternatives and just wanted to share my bad experience.
