Power supply burning out again. Request new one.

Hi

Would anyone know how to request a new power plug for the super hub 2/3? my last one burned out about 6 years ago and now this one is and is stinking the house out with toxic fumes (yes its been unplugged now)

I've been on the phone for 36 minutes and still no one is picking up and i don't want the new shobby hubs.

I've replied. i hope i can get a replacement supply and not a upgraded hub. I'm happy with the hub i have.
