The power light green light is flashing. I ran some tests from online as advised for it to say I need an engineer but it wont let me book one online despite seeing the appointment slots. Help please i need to work from home.

I have just had a look into your services myself but my health check did not identify any issues, is this because you managed to get an engineer out after you posted?
If not and you still need help can you give me a bit more of a description of how your internet is performing, aside from the green flashing light of course.
