I was wondering whether anyone could help me. Yesterday, the power went off in my flat; the problem was eventually fixed by an electrician, but ever since then, my WiFi boosters haven't been working.
I've gone through every process that Virgin have suggested in the Booster Kit booklet, even reseting the system. Strangely, the lights on the Booster suggest it should be working - power light, on; connection light, off - but I still can't connect to it.
I've also tried syncing/pairing the boosters, but this hasn't worked either. The lights suggest that everything is fine - still not connection.
