Just had a disconnection from the CMTS
Rebooted the hub
Looks like Upstream power levels are on the high side as PostRS Errors are rising
Hub was rebooted about 15 minutes ago:
Downstream bonded channels

PostRS Errors are definitely climbing!
PostRS Errors steadily rising
Upstream back to 64QAM across the board - Power reduced slightly but still high and close to max
I've flagged that for staff to advise, but you know the drill - they'll want the hub in router mode so they can interrogate it.

Router mode activated! Errors still rising!

Thanks for your post and I am so sorry to see this is happening!
I've had a look and can see a few issues on the Hub specs, I'm going to get an engineer out to have a look at this directly. I'm going to send you a PM so we can get this arranged.
