PostRS Errors Increasing and High Upstream Power

Just had a disconnection from the CMTS

Rebooted the hub

Looks like Upstream power levels are on the high side as PostRS Errors are rising

Hub was rebooted about 15 minutes ago:

Upstream back to 64QAM across the board - Power reduced slightly but still high and close to max
