I spoke to a girl named Rebecca who helped me with a house move/end of contract 

honestly the best service I’ve ever had on the phone from any company ever, had me laughing whilst being extremely helpful

shes northern Irish i hope that helps narrow down who she is and the positive feedback is given absolutely brilliant
