Port Forwarding Port Closed on Hub 3.0

I've been trying to set up a Minecraft server but I'm running into some issues.

The router we've got is a Virgin Hub 3.0 and I've gotten through practically every other step of the set up bar port forwarding.  I'm absolutely sure i have entered the correct IPv4 address and that im using the right port.

I can join the server using localhost but my friends cannot join using my public IP.
I have used multiple port checkers and they all say the port is closed and no matter what port 25565 is always closed. If anyone can help my problem it would be much appreciated.

Apologies for any issues faced Donal1,

Welcome to the community.

Can I ask regarding this, is this the only port forward that you have set up?

Regards,

Kain

Your firewall is blocking it.

I've checked both the firewall in my computer and on my router. Both are the right settings

My firewall is off in my router
And I've allowed java as inbound and outbound connections on my pc

As far as I remember the firewall needs to be on in the Hub as it is needed to do the port forwarding. ?

Is the Minecraft server at 192.168.0.204 being allocated that IP address from the Hub's DHCP Reserved List ?
