Poor wifi

I had an upgrade to m200 around 6 months ago all been good now getting less than 100 when I did speed test.Have gone through the testing and says ok.

Virgin can you help please

what is your speed test result when using an ethernet connection?
this will ascertain whether you have a line issue or a wifi issue.

100Mbps on ethernet could mean you're using a CAT5 cable or a 10/100 ethernet device.
