Hi. Broadband installed yesterday. 1GB but really poor signal upstairs. The engineer suggested I should wait 7 days before contacting virgin for assistance. Are there boosters available??

VM requires the use of the VM Connect app to identify WiFi black spots. Once done you can order the Pods from the app.
