First time posting. Trouble loading 1080p videos since two nights ago. Download speed is currently ~1.00 mbps on a 100mbps package I believe (tested on wired Ethernet). Connection is consistent, just very slow.
I've done the usual: router restarted multiple times, factory reset, cables at the back plugged in fine. Tried calling but offices are closed.
I'll post the logs below but I'm guessing this is going to need a call tomorrow or monday? Any advice for getting a technician out without going through an hour of the "have you tried unplugging it" routine? thank you for your help.
