Poor service

I’ve been having problems with broadband for months - intermittently. 
I have done everything suggested without success. 
The particular room needs an extender as indicated by the virgin app. But then can you get one or speak to someone. 
I’ve resorted to complaining but still no response.

£89 per month absolutely appalling service.

Does anyone know how you get a service out of them?

Thankfully you don’t pay £89 per month for Wifi, so it’s all good on that front.

What's the issue exactly?
