Poor service

For the last few days our WiFi has been below par. 

Signal dropping out. ‘India’ cannot help (not that they ever can) 

Rebooting and resetting only temporarily cures the issue.

Calling 150 just tells you there is a complex issue in the area (14). ‘It’s taking longer than usual to resolve‘. 

Making me think it’s time for a change of ISP.

What are wired speeds like?

Thanks for your post, sorry to hear that you're having connections issues. It has been identified that as a fault in the area [ref# F008125299 ] and that it is currently being worked on by the engineering teams. The ETA for service fix is 22-JUN. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Thanks will do and I didn't measure wired speeds as I knew there was an issue
