Poor service and no compensation

My network has been dropping in and out since last Friday. I have ended up exhausting my mobile data. When I called today they said they will send a technician in 6 days time!

In terms of inconvenience and compensation, Virgin were just not interested. The manager who was supposed to call never did. 

Very poor service and customer care. I am looking for alternative providers.

Virgin compensation is automatic after 2 full days of registering your complete loss of service.

Also since its a residential service there's no guarantee of service. 

You can look for alternative providers but don't forget that if you are in a contract you will have to pay early termination charges if you decide to leave early.

Compo is for total loss of service. Not intermittent dropouts.
