Poor download speed

I have the volt M200 broadband, and recently my downloaded speed is about 0.25 mbps. I have tried moving it around the house, rebooting and even gave it a factory reset, but still can't improve it. The network speed exceed is at 5%.

I ran that test and it gave me for the router 274 and the device 33

Looks like your connection over VM's network to the HUB is ok.

No, YOUR device.

The HUB is getting full speed over the VM network, so expected speeds.

We're now trying to figure out why your device is slow.

What brand and model?

There are 100's of wireless standards. Your mobile may not be capable of faster speeds.

My phone is a honor 10 lite. But I have had other family members try with their phones and with the same speed.
