Poor connection, scan app doesn’t work?

I can’t get WiFi in my garden office. The scanning app doesn’t work and when I ring up it sends me to app then cuts me off!!!

How far away from the hub is it? Don’t expect VM pods to work as the should be mid way between the hub and the target machine which is not viable with a detached building.
