Hello,
We have a hub 3 in the living room but our WiFi signal is extremely poor or non existent in any other part of the house. I've tried speaking to customer service and get nowhere. I've requested an engineer but I've been told I can't have one of those either.
As soon as I try to connect to the WiFi upstairs or in the study - we just get a loading circle that goes round and round.
Any advice greatly appreciated. I've scanned the house with the app and it says no signal in any room apart from the living room.
I can't wait until my contract ends so I can cancel Virgin altogether. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

VM can't deliver wifi everywhere in your house they would have been better off not doing wifi. But if you think you can do better get your own wifi router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode.

Well when they sold it to me and I asked if the WiFi would work in other rooms, they shouldn't have said 'yes - there will be no problem linking several devices to the wifi'.
Many other companies also guarantee it in every room and what is the point of WiFi if you can't move around your own home and access it?
Not a very helpful response at all!
