Poor WiFi

Hi I have been with virgin for 2 years now but past 6-7 months My WiFi has been non existent.. I have hub 3 on vivid 100 and reception is on off all day long , I’ve rebooted, factory reset but to no avail.. and trying to get hold of virgin media team , well having a laugh!!

Is it just Wi-Fi? Are wired connections ok?
