Poor WiFi

Hi Guys,

Just moved from BT to VM the new HUB3 router wifi doesn't cover my home. The old BT one did, called the 0345 454 1111 number and the guys wont help me at all. Does anyone else have any other numbers i could call for help?

The guy on the phone said it wont cover my home?? i live in a semi detached?

You can also install the connect app on your phone and scan for blackspots and if needed depending on your package you may be entitled to free booster.

First try using the VM "connect" App it will check for wifi blackspots and if it finds them will allow you to order VM's wifi "boosters". These are free on some packages - but may incur a cost on others.
See if that helps first.

If you still have the old BT router and its wifi coverage was good you can connect it to the SH via ethernet (or via powerlines) and use it for wifi.
