Poor WiFi speeds and total loss of broadband broadband yesterday.
Our entire estate has been experiencing poor WiFi speed for the past few months. Neighbours started to share concerns via WhatsApp group and have been gathering evidence of poor performance - how best to deal with Virgin on an area wide issue rather than flood them with individual complaints? I’m on max broadband package (500+) but have been experiencing WiFi speeds in single figures. Have kept Ookla logs of speed tests all taken sitting beside the Virgin Router.

You need to test wired speeds
