Poor WiFi connection

Despite living in a one bedroom flat -very small my WiFi connection continues to fail. I recently changed my package to M150 I believe and am a volt customer.

There has been no benefit in terms of my boost as part of the Volt and I wonder if this has not been added correctly.

When checking on the virgin connect app all devices are apparently receiving good signal however, when I check the devices themselves they are showing poor signal which is quite confusing.  I have been trying to order pods/boosters to try to allow for better signal however, this seems to be a minefield and the bot on chat is completely useless.

I am so sorry to hear you have been having issues with your services, and you are struggling with your Wi-Fi, I have taken a look at our systems and can see there are some issues with your downstream that will require a tech.
