My connection is routinely plagued with latency issues. the connection is basically unplayable at this point from a gaming point of view. I will get kicked or see so much packet loss it is impossible to play. I am just trying to get a fix for this issue or be released from my contract as performance is below par routinely. Any help appreciated. Please see BQM reading below.

I've managed to locate your account using the details you've registered to the forums with and have run some further checks - everything is looking good from our end. There are currently no area faults, SNR issues and your down/upstream levels are all within spec.
How are things when you aren't gaming? Also, which console are you using and how is everything connected?
