We have the Hub 4 and for the last 5 weeks our Virgin Internet in Earlsfield has been really, really slow. We pay for the 100ms but typically will see download speeds of 20Mbps and upload speeds of 0.5Mbps. It's so slow my partner and I cant both be on video calls at the same time.
We've called VM a number and each occasion they say there's issues in the area and that it'll be sorted soon but this was first started 5 weeks ago and it anything it's got worse.
I've done the broadband checker and so have data/metrics that I think people ask to see on here if required?
