Poor Connection

Hi, for the past few days i have been experiencing a very poor connection, wired and wi-fi, the speed itself will change from 90-100mbs, 40-50mbs and sometimes even 10mbs and below all within minutes of checking the speed each time.

i Have set up a quality monitor for now and have checked the router status, the only thing that jumps out to me is the upstream channels is only 1, should it not be 4 ?

On the M100 package using a Hub 3 in router mode, wifi disabled and using a Deco M5 for wifi needs.

any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to see you're having some issues with the connection.

 

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details, and can see that you're currently affected by an area SNR outage. 

 

The estimated fix time for this is 25th November, whilst this is ongoing you may find your services are intermittent.

 

Please let us know how you get on after this date.
