Poor Connection/High Latency Post BQM here

I'm seeing a lot of others posting about spikes in latency and poor connection from all over the country - thought this might be a good place for us to post our connection stats so Virgin can see what's going on.

Area: Watford WD17

There definitely seems to be a problem in some areas. But for me (St Helens, Merseyside) things are still good just a few minor spikes at peak time.

Area 31 - St Albans - Started at approx 12PM on Saturday 4th April and has been similar to the graph below since then.

Downstream power levels are in the correct range as are upstream so have eliminated the router as a source of the problem.

Also, the fact that the line gets very good after 23:00 until 06:00 hints that this may be demand related somehow.
