Pods delivery

Hello we upgraded our package and am supposed to delivered. But they have not arrived yet and going away soon.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

Anyone can have Pods (depending on the package is whether they are an extra charge). However, we don't just send them. We need to ensure they are needed. 

Please can you download and install the Connect App 👉 virg.in/connectapp and then when installed, you'll be able to run a wireless scan in the property. This will check and identify any coverage issues. Optimise where able and if a Pod needed, you'll be prompted to order.

We were told that it was part of our new package so wondering when they wi be coming

Thanks for coming back to me.

Anyone can have Pods, as I say, depending on the package you may be charged for them. However, we won't just send them. We need to show they are needed as otherwise if not, this is just a waste of equipment. 

Please use the Connect App, do the scans and report back the result.
