I have a pod working fine but it doesnt show up in connect - when I ask to add the app says “no wifi pods detected” - I know it is working as I am using the ethernet from it.
any help?

Thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry you're unable to see your pod in our Connect App as this should be showing.
Have you deleted the Connect App and re-installing the app to see if the pod appears again?
Please try this first and come back to us if further assistance is required.

I have done that and it still does not show up
