Hi I received a new hub 5 last week. The hub is working fine but my wifi pod doesnt connect to it. I have called 3 times now and I am getting nowhere. Yesterday I called and the person I spoke to said I needed a new pod. I have looked on this forum and don't believe I need a new pod. Can you please link my pod to the hub 5?

It may not have been activated correctly onto your account.
Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you will need the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number

Mmm... is it a new pod or one that you were using fine previously ?

I have had it for over a year it worked fine with the hub3 but since I changed my package to gig1 they sent me the hub5 and it hasnt worked since then and when I go on the connect app its not working on there either.
