I recently installed my new Hub 4 but the pod I already had will not connect. I have tried to order another from CS who said that I am eligible for two pods but they won’t order me them because there is an outage in my area. He said if I run tests via the app, I could order them myself but I’m not sure how. A manager was supposed to call me back in an hour but I’m still waiting. Does anyone have an idea why the pod from my previous package won’t hook up/ how you order a new pod via the app please?
