Please can someone tell me default port forwarding and triggering settings.

I accidentally deleted some values for port forwarding and port triggering yesterday (I never createdthse values) and now some devices aren't working on the 2.4GHz network, please can someone screenshot the default port triggering and port forwarding settings on their hub so I can maybe rectify the problem.

what devices aren't working?
there are no default port forwarding rules that can be deleted by the user, only port forwarding rules that were added by yourself can be deleted.

also, port forwarding has nothing to do with WIFI connectivity.

if you think you've done something to the hub then simply factory reset it.

it is a blink camera, the port that was triggered began with port 80 I think, the cameras went offline at about 1am this morning, the network is still working on every other device.

 

EDIT: Virgin rolled out the .302 software update to me, at 1am this morning. so this seems to be the problem? how would I go about fixing it

again, any port forwarding rules for the camera would have been added manually by yourself, none of us will have a port forward rule for your camera.

you'll need to look at the manual for your camera to see what port it requires.

it won't have been port 80 as that's what the hub uses for it's web UI.

Port forwarding rules aren’t added automatically - - someone would have added it manually.

ok, so say it was the virgin firmware update, I have checked on all my devices now, including my iPhone, the 5GHz network works like normal, but the 2.4G network will not connect at all, should I just reset the hub?

2.4Ghz wifi has nothing to do with any port forwarding rules.
what is your actual issue? port forwarding or 2.4Ghz wifi connectivity?

Yes. Try a 60 second pinhole reset

ok, I've isolated the problem to the SH3 2.4G network since the firmware update, a simple reset and now it's working again? The ports that were forwarded must have been done by the Virgin Engineer on install day, either way, they aren't required. Thank you for the advice.
