Hi all,
Has anyone found a resolution to this? I'm having horrific packet loss spike issues and it's causing issues with my job as I'm a remote worker. It's been happening for around a week and has not improved

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the connection.
I've been able to look into the local area, and it appears that an outage was raised on 29/11/22 at 20:36 and is estimated to be resolved on 07/12/22 at 09:00.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, and will do all we can to have this resolved as soon as possible.

Hey David,
Thanks for responding back to me. Glad to hear that a fix is expected. Is there anywhere I can track the progress of this? I checked my app and there is no fault on the Status section.

Just to update you the outage is currently showing with an estimated fix time of December 9th at 1pm.
