Phone, webchat and WhatsApp and still no customer services

After nearly 5 hours waiting on WhatsAp, phone and webchat the agents were dropping the calls as soon as they came out of the queue. No one answered at all on WhatsApp. Passed around to different agents on webchat then just left on hold. This a prevention tactic to not cancel my account within the cooling period. Awful customer services.
