I have plugged in the new phone adapter into the back of my hub as per instructions but my tv has now stopped working so how di I get them both working
In what way has your TV box stopped working? Can you explain the symptoms?
And which TV box do you have - TiVo, V6 or TV360?

Tv is not switching on and I rebooted hub when plugging in phone
now phone is working but hub isn’t and I’ve had no internet until I rebooted and signed in again
I don’t know what sort of box it is, just a virgin

Can you elaborate on "TV is not switching on" - do you mean your TV set? Or the TV box?
If you power the TV box off at the mains and put it back on - does the boot loop (starting up....) display on your TV screen?
