Permanent red light and slow Wi-Fi for a couple of weeks unplugged etc

Our hubs got a permanent red light on Wi-Fi is running very slow. Done all the usual unplugging checked connections etc. Been like this a good few weeks. Thank you

From the Hub menu http://192.168.0.1/   run the Network diagnostic tool.

Scroll through the results looking for the Temperature report. Is it Normal or High ?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your Hub and thank you for trying recommended fixes first, I do think it would be best for us to look into getting an engineer to come take a look.
