Permanent Red Light.

Our new Hub 3 was Orange not White for 4 days but has now turned Red. Is this normal? The internet and WiFi are working but a red light 🚨 is a red light. I see from replies that people just live with it, but since our custom service has been so shoddy from Virgin I just wondered if their equipment was not fit for purpose too ?

Try a 30 second pinhole reset of the hub. If still no luck call it in as a fault with a view to an engineer.

Thanks. The reset just changed the light to orange. Still not white.
