Permanent Red Light on Hub 3

Help! Everything I’ve read on here suggests my hub is overheating if there is a permanent red light on it & most likely needs replacing. How has anyone managed to get a replacement as telephoning Virgin Support gets you absolutely no where?!?

The hub still works but I’m concerned about it overheating. It’s in a well ventilated area with space around it. We’ve tried turning it off for 24 hours but still have the same issue.
