Pausing Devices

I paused a few devices last night. This morning no devices were shown under the "paused" section of the app and most of them were connected to the Internet. One device is not connecting and there're still no devices under the paused list. I've reset the hub and I've reinstalled this app. Tried chatting with support online but your wait times are unbelievable. What next?

VM don't want to fix this and will likely be removed one day should never have been done.

We're sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing 😔

Can you please confirm whether you're using the Connect App on an Apple or Android device? 

Also, are all the devices you're referring to connected wirelessly or are some connected via ethernet cable?
