Password reset

Hello Forum,

Woke to no WiFi connection today (wired connection was fine). Upon logging on to Hub home page discovered the password had been set to default. Any ideas why this occurred? Many thanks.

Re: Password reset

The router does seemingly change random options over night, even options we can't modify! A reboot normally fixed it though.

In your case, might have been a software update? You could check in the logs...

Re: Password reset

yes, i was thinking along the lines of a firmware update being installed which reverted the passwords back to default.

Re: Password reset

Thanks for the replies. It was a wifi password reset and I will check the logs again. Don't recall seeing a firm/software update, but will look.
