(Partial Service (DS only))

Been getting low internet speeds lately and have tried disconnecting/reconnecting router, turning it off/on, tried the service status on virgin website but got a technical error every time. I checked the hub advanced settings and it said (Partial Service (DS only)) next to internet.

Power level range is too great, and SNR too low on channels 2, 3 and 11.  I've flagged for forum staff, they can book you a technician visit to fix this.
