Packet loss

Hello Boards,

I'm having some issues with packet loss on my connection. My thinkbroadband BQM has helped me spot that it's not just just me thinking this. Downstream here, upstream next and logs afterwards. EDIT: This issue started occuring on 11th August 2020 just after 0200hrs. Consistent spikes of very high latency and errors, then fine for a while too.

Can you post a link to your Live BQM on here.

Instructions for posting BQM Link

Under your BQM graph are two links in red.

Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.

Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.

On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)

In the URL box paste the link you copied and in the ‘text to display’ box write My BQM then click OK - you can post the link straight away.

Hey MIkeRobbo, thanks for your reply. I have already included this in my second post, after the upstream, before the logs.

I have just cold booted my router now, so it'll reset the figures and I'll stick some up again in 24h.

I could really do with your help please. I have logs, BQM and power levels posted. Wonder if there is anything else someone can suggest to help improve my situation.

It looks like your Hub is not responding to ping.

Go into the Hub Settings and set up this configuration ...

BQM looks fine to me, new share of graph below:

Not sure what you've seen, but the router responds fine according to the graphing.
