I have checked @legacy1 and I can see the outage is no longer showing, I am glad to hear things are looking better for you. 

 

Please do keep us updated and if any additional help is needed we will be glad to take a look. 

Still think there is a problem with channel 5 in my area @23600000 Hz as I started to get Packet loss 19th around 11pm so I rebooted the hub past midnight and get channel 1,2,3 and 4 with no problems.

I was fine on channels 2,3,4, and 5 for about 3 days so I find that odd.

How has the connection been since your last post? The power/signal levels look OK today - please do keep us updated and we'll investigate further if needs be.

I mean my connection is fine now I was just saying with channel 5 I started see packet loss then when I rebooted I didn't get channel 5 so might be a problem if and when my hub gets upgraded with more upstream channel that I might start see problem.

But your interest is the here and now which is fine as of right now.
