Packet loss and latency spikes over the last 3 days (M350) RM15

Hi Guys.

I have been getting packet loss and latency spikes over the last 3 days. I'm getting 3 to 5 spikes or drops every 10 minutes. It's making streaming video / radio and playing games impossible. Audio and video drops completely and I am being kicked from games due to network interruption. I am also unable to hold Teams meetings as part of my job as they're constantly dropping. My in-laws are having the same problem in our neighbouring town.

Prior to this, I had 2 whole evenings without any connection over the last 3 weeks which appear to have been a result of local network issues engineers have now fixed.

I have just created a BQM scan which is now running. I was running local pings to the router and google which were only showing drops and spikes to Google.

Just spent 65 minutes on hold to Virgin Media only to be cut off.

Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hubs admin pages

I'm currently in modem only mode and have it bridged with an Untangle UTM. I'll need to do some network changes in order to access this...

Go to 192.168.100.1 to access the admin pages when in modem mode

It's on a bridged connection and only connected to my Untangle UTM. My local IP range is 10.11.12.0/24.
