I've requested a package for returning my kit twice now and it still hasn't arrived and today I've got an email and text from Virgin Media telling me if I don't return it within 9 days, you will charge me £40.
I've done a quick google and it looks like several people are facing/have faced the same issue. Do you intentionally not send out the packaging so you can charge people £40?
