POST RS Errors - is this a lot

Hi - trying to understand if I have an issue with my connection or not.

This morning around 10 am the total Post-RS errors records were:

121756522

By about 1830 this evening this had increased to:

137516670

Is that normal?

The pre-errors were:

473486045

versus

635128937

I have recently upgrade to M500 from M100. Service is stable, but not sure I am getting my full data rate.

Hub 3 is in modem mode, with Deco P9 as router.

Thanks

Jed

Re: POST RS Errors - is this a lot

Could you post all of the data from the Upstream and Downstream tabs?

That does look like a large number of errors, depending on when the hub was last rebooted.

Those figures look very high.
There is no way to reset them except to reboot the modem.

For comparison these are my figures after 16 days on a stable line...

Re: POST RS Errors - is this a lot

Something isn't right with the number of 'Post RS Errors'.

When was the last time the router was rebooted?

That's a lot of zeros... very envious. I'll reboot the router now I've taken all the logs and see what happens

Re: POST RS Errors - is this a lot

You need to keep an eye on the 'Post RS Errors'. If they continue to climb there could be an issue.
