Outside box cables exposed

Hi everyone. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Cover of box outside has either been blown away in weather or just plain stolen. How do I go about getting this replaced? I cant find anywhere online that actually answers my question. Thanks in advance.

Post up a photo of the damage and a VM person will arrange it for you on here in a day or two.
