On our wavelength

What has happened to Virgin Media. Suddenly there are outages of indetermined lengths, nearly every day. Each time the information is the same. There seems to be a problem in your area bla bla bla. Eventually a text Great news !! we have fixed the issue.!! AS IF WE SHOULD BE GRATEFUL !!!

Virgin Media, get your act together and actually FIX the issue, once and for all. We are getting realy fed up with this. Perhaps you are trying to shed customers given the mobile service has been hived off to O2. Perhaps these outages are directly related to whatever is going on in the background.

Please also make a statement on compensation for the constant disruptions.
